The park covers an area of over 1.3 million square feet and features a 1 million square foot diversified outdoor sports park and a 300,000 square foot “park-style sports commercial complex” designed by the world-renowned Zaha Hadid Architects.
The park offers a wide range of sports facilities, including venues for popular sports such as football, golf, and tennis, as well as emerging sports like pickleball and padel tennis. Xisha GO PARK is committed to promoting the development of sports in Hong Kong, in line with the Hong Kong SAR government’s proposals for popularization, elite development, event-based development, professionalization, and industrialization of sports. The park’s sports director, Zhu Guoting, emphasized the importance of providing professional sports and leisure facilities for families and athletes.
The park has already hosted several sports competitions and events, including fencing, basketball, and volleyball tournaments, as well as concerts and fan meetings.
