Tianjin Software Park Officially Opens in Zhongxin Tianjin Eco City
Tianjin Software Park officially opened on October 23rd in Zhongxin Tianjin Eco City, located in Tianjin’s Binhai New District.
The design area of Tianjin Software Park spans approximately 5.38 square kilometers, showcasing the transformation of an alkaline wasteland into a thriving software park in just over a year.
On the day of its opening, the Innovation Center within the Software Park began operations, housing public service organizations such as corporate service centers. These centers provide a range of services, including market analysis, approval processes, human resources, and cultural tourism, to support resident companies.
Liu De-sheng, Vice President of Taida Holdings, the company responsible for the construction and operation of the software park, emphasized that Tianjin Software Park serves as a key driver for Tianjin City’s cooperative development in the Jingjinji (Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei) region. The park is designed as a modern industrial complex with a focus on strategic deployment.
He outlined plans to establish an industrial system encompassing the entire industrial chain, including computing power, algorithms, and data, led by the advanced computing industry. The park aims to develop three primary business types: software products and services, and data services.
Zhou Zixue, Executive Vice President of the China Electronic Information Industry Association, noted that Tianjin Software Park will contribute significantly to enhancing the city’s comprehensive competitiveness.
