General Motors and Hyundai Motor Company Sign Memorandum of Understanding for Comprehensive Cooperation
General Motors (GM) and Hyundai Motor Company have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to collaborate on key strategic areas, aiming to reduce production costs, increase efficiency, and provide a diverse range of products to customers.
The partnership will focus on joint development and production of passenger and commercial vehicles, internal combustion engines, green energy technologies, electricity, and hydrogen. Additionally, the companies will explore integrated sourcing of battery raw materials, steel, and other materials.
The collaboration will also involve developing capabilities based on flexibility and agility, enabling the companies to respond quickly to changing market demands.
