Mysterio’s last match was april 18 on smackdown, prior to WrestleMania 41. He teamed with Dragon Lee and Rey Fenix against Chad Gable, Julius Creed, and Brutus Creed of the American Made faction. the groin injury forced Mysterio to withdraw from his planned WrestleMania match against El Grande Americano, Chad Gable’s masked alter ego.
