The injury occurred during a six-man tag team match where Mysterio teamed with Dragon Lee and Rey fenix against Chad Gable, Julius Creed, and Brutus Creed. The setback forced Mysterio to miss his planned WrestleMania match against Gable’s masked persona, El Grande Americano.
