The match began wiht Iyo Sky and Asuka exchanging strikes. Sky demonstrated her agility, flipping around the ring and taking down Asuka. Asuka retreated outside the ring, and Kairi Sane joined her. Rhea Ripley then took out both sane and Asuka before a commercial break.
Upon returning from the break, Ripley slammed Sane and delivered a series of forearms to her back. sane tagged in Asuka, who kneed Ripley in the face, sending her to the apron. Both Asuka and Ripley ended up on the apron, where Ripley attempted a cannonball, but Sane pulled Asuka out of the way, causing Ripley to land on the ground. Sane was tagged in and climbed to the top rope.Back in the ring, Sane choked Ripley against the ropes with a figure four choke. She then came off the top rope with a forearm strike and attempted a pin,but Ripley kicked out.
Asuka was tagged in,and Ripley was double-teamed. Asuka covered Ripley, but she kicked out at two. Asuka slammed Ripley and tagged in Sane. Sane came off the top rope, but Ripley caught her and executed a Fallaway Slam. Sky was tagged in, as was Asuka.Sky took down Asuka with open-hand strikes and a slingblade. Sky also targeted Sane and climbed the ropes, hitting a missile dropkick on both opponents.Asuka punched Sky on the apron, and Sky attempted a guillotine choke on Asuka while Sane tripped up Sky. Sane was tagged in and hit a double stomp on Sky, who was draped across the ropes, but Sky kicked out, leading to another commercial break.
