Affordable Housing⁤ Solution in Sarajevo Canton

KS Fund and Municipality of Ilidža Sign Land Purchase Contract

The KS Fund for building ​apartments ‌and the Municipality of Ilidža have taken a significant ⁤step towards addressing the pressing‌ issue of housing in Sarajevo Canton. A contract for the purchase of land was⁤ signed by ‍Nermin Muzur, the​ Mayor of Ilidža, ⁢and Elvedin Lagarija, the Director of ⁤the KS Fund. The Prime⁢ Minister‌ of KS, Nihad UK, was also ⁤present at‌ the signing ceremony.

Affordable Apartments for ⁣Citizens

The apartments to be built will be 30%‌ cheaper than those ⁣currently available on ⁤the market. This initiative aims to⁢ provide⁣ a solution to the housing problems in Sarajevo ​Canton, making ​it more affordable for citizens to own ⁢or rent a home. The project is part of the construction plan from Ramvaj to Hrasnica railway, ensuring⁢ a fast and safe ‍connection to the city centre.

Subsidized Housing for Young People

The ⁤apartments⁢ will be available for sale, as well as for rent at an affordable ⁤price. The KS Fund plans to​ subsidize the ⁤rent for certain categories ⁢of citizens, primarily young people. This initiative is expected ⁤to increase the number of affordable housing⁤ facilities in Sarajevo‍ Canton, contributing to the expansion of the city and the Canton.
