Let’s put aside the debate over whether this place can be called a bakery.
It has become popular as a modern British (modern European) restaurant, and its bakery and donuts are also doing well.
The trademark illustration of a pig, which represents cooking from head to tail (cooking every part of the meat), is particularly memorable.
Slightly thicker Ming Dynasty typefaces, Saint John That’s right.
And this September will be our 30th anniversary.
