Tela, Honduras – Following a tragic accident that claimed the lives of a grandfather and his granddaughter, repairs have begun on a notoriously dangerous stretch of highway in Honduras.
The Honduran government contracted the company Condelsa too address the most damaged sections of the CA-13 highway, which connects Tela to el Progreso. A crew began work Sunday in the Buena Vista sector,the site of the recent fatal crash.

Ávila expressed the community’s deep sorrow over the loss of the two victims, who were en route to the airport for a trip to the United States.
