How to make
- Mix salt and sugar and rub into the meat.
- Top with your favorite herbs such as bay leaf, wrap tightly with kitchen paper and plastic wrap, and let stand overnight.
- The next day, wipe off the herbs and excess water from the surface, and heat the entire surface with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Top with your favorite herbs such as rosemary on ③ and bake in an oven preheated to 160℃ for about 25 minutes.
- Wrap it in aluminum foil and leave it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to let the residual heat cook through.
Cooking points
- If you want to reduce the salty taste, please wash the surface with a small amount of water in step 3 and remove the moisture thoroughly.
- We also recommend grilling your favorite vegetables in step 4.
- In this recipe, I used 5 bay leaves and 3 rosemary.
