  • Black pork loin block…500g

How to make

  1. Mix salt and sugar and rub into the meat.
  2. Top with your favorite herbs such as bay leaf, wrap tightly with kitchen paper and plastic wrap, and let stand overnight.
  3. The next day, wipe off the herbs and excess water from the surface, and heat the entire surface with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Top with your favorite herbs such as rosemary on ③ and bake in an oven preheated to 160℃ for about 25 minutes.
  5. Wrap it in aluminum foil and leave it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to let the residual heat cook through.

Cooking points

  • If you want to reduce the salty taste, please wash the surface with a small amount of water in step 3 and remove the moisture thoroughly.
  • We also recommend grilling your favorite vegetables in step 4.
  • In this recipe, I used 5 bay leaves and 3 rosemary.
