as part of the conditions for this oportunidad, Rochy RD must submit to medical consultas and chequeos. Evidence of‍ these must be presented within ⁤three months.

The events leading to this decision began when Rochy RD was detenido in the early hours‍ of Monday, March 17, by agents of the Policía Nacional. This⁣ occurred after he was found to be⁢ in possession of the aforementioned substances.
