Rocking the City: Kaohsiung MRT Boosts Bus Services for ONE OK ROCK Concert
One OK Rock Concert in Kaohsiung: MRT Prepares for Large Crowd
Kaohsiung MRT has prepared overtime buses to serve the large number of fans attending the “One OK Rock” concert on September 21st. After the concert, empty trains will run overtime, and the operating frequency will be shortened to three minutes towards Xiaogang. Passengers are advised to pay attention to the bus time, as the last bus of the day departs from each terminal station at 24:00.
During the concert, the Kaohsiung MRT Company will mobilize hundreds of personnel to clear the crowd and control traffic lanes. Passengers are reminded that after the end of the show, the station’s overpass and some ground footpaths will be closed. To access Xiaogang, please take the footpath on the north side of Xiyun Avenue and enter the station through entrances 1 and 2. For Okayama-bound passengers, take the sidewalk on the south side of the avenue (same route as the shuttle bus) and enter the station through Entrance No. 3. Fans are requested to check directional signs or on-site staff for guidance.
Kaohsiung MRT Company reminds passengers to purchase the Kaohsiung MRT package in advance to catch the train concert. This package allows passengers to travel around Kaohsiung using the MRT. For more information, please visit the official website of Zhigaojie.
