Rod Stewart cancels shows Due to Flu Recovery
Rod Stewart has canceled four upcoming U.S.tour dates and postponed two others as he continues to recover from the flu.The singer had previously postponed his June 1 show in Las Vegas because of the illness.
Stewart announced Saturday that he must cancel and reschedule six June concerts. He apologized to fans for the inconvenience,assuring them he would be back on stage soon. The cancellations affect his Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum Theater at Caesars Palace, specifically shows on June 7, 8, and 10. His Lake Tahoe performance on June 14 is also canceled.
Performances scheduled for June 12 in Rancho Mirage, California, and June 15 in Paso Robles, California, have been moved to Sept. 20 and 21,respectively. These changes will hopefully allow Stewart sufficient time to recover before his scheduled Glastonbury performance on June 29.
Stewart is slated to headline Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage during the “Legends slot” on the festival’s closing day. This marks his first Glastonbury appearance in 23 years.
The flu recovery comes after Stewart received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2025 American Music Awards last month. He also recently resumed his “encore” residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace on May 29.
stewart is also scheduled for a “One Last Time Tour,” performing at amphitheaters across North America through june and August. He will then return to Las Vegas for additional residency shows.
