Updated june 07, 2025
Rod Stewart plans to take the stage at Glastonbury 2025, marking his first performance at the iconic music festival in more than two decades. The “Forever Young” singer previously headlined the festival in 2002.
The announcement follows recent health concerns that led to the cancellation of a performance at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Stewart attributed the cancellation to doctor’s orders, citing a lingering sickness. He had also canceled another Las Vegas residency show earlier, also due to health issues.
Stewart assured fans of his Glastonbury 2025 performance in a statement on X, formerly Twitter, saying he was “thrilled” to return to the stage.
