Róisín Lafferty is an award-winning interior designer. She opened her design firm, originally called Kingston Lafferty Design, in 2010 during the recession. After graduating at the top of her class, she struggled to find opportunities in the industry. Initially, she worked in partnership with a college friend, but the business quickly became her own.
Róisín learned extensively on-site, gaining experience that education could not provide. Over three years, she developed her skills and built her team. In 2013, Becky Russell joined as CEO.

This year, she became the first Irish designer nominated for the Dezeen Interior Designer of the Year award and recently won Best Residential Interior Design Project at the Créateurs Design Awards in Paris.
