Nicoleta Pauliuc, president of the Commission for Defence, Public Order and National Security, has invited representatives of the Ministry of National Defense to discuss the completion of legislation regarding the response to hostile or unauthorized drones.
Pauliuc emphasized that “everything is open” for improving the legislation aimed at national security, stressing the need for urgent action to address any existing gaps.
Following the discovery of a Russian drone in the vicinity of Periprava, Tulcea county, MApN teams collaborated with experts from the Romanian Intelligence Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to investigate the area.
