Inspired by an actual, unsolved mystery from the Galapagos Islands, “Eden” examines the lengths people will go to achieve happiness. The film, set in 1920, follows a group of outsiders, including Jude Law, Ana de Armas, Vanessa Kirby, Daniel Brühl, and Sydney Sweeney, as they settle on a remote island. They soon realize that their greatest threat comes not from the environment, but from each other.
Howard has nurtured this project for 15 years. Noah Pink, known for “Tetris,” penned the script, and Hans Zimmer composed the score.
