On September 16, 2024, the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, Jacques Fame Ndongo, presided over a special flag-raising ceremony on the esplanade of his ministry. This event, held amidst tension and division, is part of the celebrations taking place from September 16 to 21, 2024.
