New Legal Expertise at Rose Law Firm
Little Rock-based Rose Law Firm has welcomed three new members: Michael McGill, Ross Simpson, and Nancy Smith. The firm also maintains a location in Rogers, Arkansas.
Michael McGill brings a focused practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift taxation, business formation, and nonprofit organizations. He earned an L.L.M. In taxation from New York University and a juris doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. McGill has been recognized as a 2025 Super Lawyers Rising Star and is actively involved in Leadership Benton County, as well as having completed Class III of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Heart of America Fellows Institute.
Ross Simpson concentrates his practice on labor and employment law, representing management in civil and commercial litigation. He received his juris doctor degree with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he served as executive editor of the Arkansas Law Review. Prior to joining Rose Law Firm, Simpson clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Susan O. Hickey for over four years. He, too, was named to the 2025 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list and is a member of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XLI.
Nancy Smith specializes in commercial contract and tort disputes, agency investigations, and antitrust violations. She earned her juris doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, serving as Managing Editor of the Arkansas Law Review. Smith has received recognition as a 2025 Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch and a 2025 Super Lawyers Rising Star. She is a former member of the Rotaract Club of Little Rock and a graduate of Leadership Benton County.

Expanding Women’s Healthcare in Fort Smith
Cindy Booth, APRN, has joined Baptist Health Women’s Clinic-Fort Smith, bringing over a decade of nursing experience to the River Valley. Booth’s expertise encompasses comprehensive care for women of all ages.
Originally from La Verne, California, Booth holds a bachelor of science in nursing from West Coast University in Ontario, California, and a master of science degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She relocated to Arkansas in 2022.
At Baptist Health Women’s Clinic-Fort Smith, Booth collaborates with Dr. Michael Colgrove, an OB/GYN, and two certified nurse midwives. The clinic emphasizes patient-centered care, with a strong focus on wellness, preventative medicine, and patient education. This collaborative approach aims to provide holistic and individualized healthcare for women in the region.
