The Rotary Club of Springfield, MA, celebrated Robert bolduc on May 15 for his extensive community contributions at its annual Paul Harris Luncheon. BolducS dedication, demonstrated through charitable work via his company, Pride, and involvement with organizations like the Springfield Symphony, has significantly impacted the region.
Bolduc’s legacy of giving continues with the establishment of the Hope for Youth and Families Foundation upon his retirement. The foundation has initiated several projects, including school partnerships and the transformation of CityStage into a children’s art center, furthering his commitment to community service and youth progress.
In addition to honoring bolduc,the Springfield Rotary Club announced its 2025 Community Grants,providing financial support to local nonprofits.These grants aim to bolster programs that align with Rotary’s mission of service.
Several organizations received grants to support their initiatives. Jewish Family Service of Western Massachusetts received $2,000 for equipment to support its Soccer Without Borders program.Make-It Springfield was awarded $1,500 for computer-build supply sets. The Michael J. Dias Foundation received $1,500 for stoves in its sober houses, and Dress for Success Western Massachusetts secured $1,000 for pop-up shop equipment.
