Royal Ceremony: 27 Thai Navy Officers Granted Ranks by His Majesty the King on August 15, 2024

There’s a royal command. His Majesty the King gave him the rank of 27 commissioned army officers, from second lieutenant to lieutenant colonel.

On August 16, 2024, reporters reported that Royal Gazette web site Public announcement Granting of the rank of civil servant within the commissioned army division on August 15, 2024. Because of this His Majesty the King has granted the rank of civil servant within the commissioned army division. By advantage of Part 15 of the Structure of the Kingdom of Thailand, BE 2017, along side Part 4 and Part 9 of the Royal Administrative Rules Act, BE 2017, Part 10, Part 13 and Part 15 of the Royal Decree on Authorities Group and Administration. Work of the Personnel of His Majesty’s Authorities Officers, 2017, and Part 5 of the Navy Ranks Act, BE 2479, His Majesty has graciously granted the rank of civil servant of His Majesty the King. Commissioned army division, which has 27 officers as follows:

1. Main Somsak Suthimoon is the lieutenant colonel.

2. Main Wiwat Sudthason is the lieutenant colonel.

3. Main Kritsaphak Kusujarit is the lieutenant colonel.

4. Captain Phuwich Phakdirak is a Main.

5. Captain Peeraphong Meechaidee is a Main.

6. Captain Krit Thapwanan is a significant.

7. Captain Vitoon Ounkaew is a Main.

8. Captain Wittawat Runtha is a Main.

9. Captain Chatchawan Hongkalok is a significant.

10. Captain Phuchit Mongkham is a significant.

11. Captain Narongsak Runasa is a Main.

12. Lieutenant Anan Surat is the captain.

13. Lieutenant Yuthaphon Phubuakham is a captain.

14. Lieutenant Anon Thinthan is a captain.

15. Lieutenant Khomsan Majungern is a captain.

16. Lieutenant Yutthaphong Wanthongtak is the captain.

17. Lieutenant Chayanyuth Panyasattaphon is the captain.

18. Second Lieutenant Natthaphong Kaewsitrai is the lieutenant.

19. Second Lieutenant Anant Panchaka is the lieutenant.

20. Second Lieutenant Yutthana Lengsudjai is a lieutenant.

21. Sergeant Pornsak Suwan is a second lieutenant.

22. Sergeant Weerachai Labutsa is a second lieutenant.

23. Sergeant Monteree Bangpa is a second lieutenant.

24. Sergeant Woranipit Nuengjamnong is a second lieutenant.

25. Sergeant Teeraphong Sinuankaew is a second lieutenant.

26. Sergeant Natthaphong Meesaengnil is a second lieutenant.

27. Sergeant Main Phetrung Poolsombat is a Second Lieutenant.
