The Prince and Princess of Wales kicked off the festive season by posting a short video still from their 2024 Christmas card on their official X account.The caption simply read: “Wishing everyone a very happy Christmas.”
The image, taken from a video released earlier this year when Catherine announced the end of her chemotherapy treatment in September, captures a tender moment.
Other royals followed suit, offering glimpses into their holiday celebrations.
Prince Harry and Meghan shared a rare photo of their two children, five-year-old Prince Archie and three-year-old Princess Lilibet, on their official Christmas card. The card, released Monday, features a collage of images taken throughout the year, including one heartwarming shot of the children running into the arms of their parents.
“On behalf of the office of Prince Harry & Meghan, the Duke & Duchess of Sussex, Archewell Productions and Archewell Foundation, we wish you a very Happy Holiday Season and a joyful New Year,” the card reads.
This marks the first time since 2021 that Harry and Meghan have released a Christmas card featuring their children.
King Charles III and Queen Camilla also joined in the holiday cheer, releasing their Christmas card featuring a photo of the couple in the garden at Buckingham Palace taken in April.
