Royal Rumble: Monica and Jang Eun-sil Clash in ‘Queen’s Bee Game’ as Male Team Members Brawl On Set
Monica and Jang Eun-sil’s Teams Face Off in ‘Queen Bee Game’
Monica and Jang Eun-sil from ‘Queen Bee Game’ are really getting along, but their teams’ dynamics are a different story.
The Wave original entertainment show ‘Queen Bee Game’ features teams led by six queen bees competing in a game called ‘Queen Bee Rugby’ to fight for their rice bowls. The show, which will be released on the 20th, promises intense competition and drama.
Monica’s team and Jang Eun-sil’s team meet in ‘Queen’s Rugby’, and they show polar opposite atmospheres. In an interview with the production team before the game, Monica reveals her nervousness, saying, “(Jang Eun-sil) was scary. I’m just a dancer, so why is there a national representative standing in front of me?” On the other hand, Jang Eun-sil confidently shouts, “I’ll feed our team a large amount of food” in front of everyone watching.
Amidst intense interest over who will emerge victorious between the two teams considered strong contenders for the championship, the game was halted due to a physical altercation between the male team members, foreshadowing a fierce first match.
While there are places that boast strong teamwork, there are also places that show signs of division. Shin Ji-eun, who felt betrayed by the team member who lied, ended up calling an emergency team meeting. When Shin Ji-eun found out that number 16, who claimed to have chosen her in the moment of team selection in the first episode, ended up voting for another queen bee, she turned the atmosphere into a icy mess by asking him, “I want to know why you didn’t vote for me.”
The production team said, “As the mission gets into full swing, the competitive spirit of the six ‘queen bees’ and the 18 men will burn hotter than ever. In particular, after the results of the first mission, their changed psychology and the fierce psychological battle to win will begin in earnest.”
Wave’s original entertainment show ‘Queen Bee Game’ is exclusively pre-released through Wave every Friday at 9:30 PM, and is broadcast through ENA every Friday at 10:30 PM.
