Nvidia RTX 50 Super Series: Rumored Specs Emerge

Updated June‍ 29, 2025

Nvidia is reportedly planning a Super refresh to ‍its RTX 50 series⁤ desktop GPUs. Leaks from @kopite7kimi on X⁢ suggest that ⁢the company will launch at least three new models: the RTX 5070 Super, RTX 5070 Ti Super, and RTX 5080 Super. These models are expected to offer ample upgrades over their non-Super counterparts, primarily due to increased VRAM.

The RTX 5070 Super is rumored ‍to feature the GB205 GPU,based on the‍ Blackwell architecture, paired with 12GB of GDDR7 memory and a 192-bit bus. It is indeed also expected to have ‍6,144 CUDA ‍cores and a TGP of 250W.

Specifications‍ for‌ the RTX 5070 Ti Super include the GB203 GPU and the PG147-SKU55 PCB. The GPU will reportedly have⁢ 8,960 CUDA cores and 24GB of GDDR7 ⁣memory with a 28 Gbps bandwidth and 256-bit bus interface. The RTX 5070 Ti Super is expected to have ‌a TGP of 350W.

the RTX⁤ 5080 Super is expected to be similar to the RTX⁤ 5070 Ti Super but with a higher CUDA core count and memory bandwidth. Software engineer Haytam AARAB (@tech_Meld_) suggests the RTX ⁤5080 Super‍ will feature the same GB203 GPU, with 24GB of GDDR7 VRAM, a 256-bit memory interface, and 10,753 CUDA cores. The memory bandwidth will be increased ‍to 32 Gbps, ‍and the power draw will jump to 415W.

These specifications‌ remain unconfirmed ‍rumors until Nvidia makes an official announcement. If accurate, the RTX 50 Super ⁣refresh, with⁢ its increased VRAM, coudl appeal to consumers seeking more ⁤memory for high-resolution gaming and demanding workloads.
