Ruben Navarro Directs ‘Me, After You’ Starring Alex Sorian Brown
Veteran film editor Ruben Navarro is making his feature directorial debut with
Me, After you, an LGBTQ+ coming-of-age drama starring Alex Sorian
Brown and Giacomo Rocchini. The film will be presented to buyers at the
american Film Market (AFM) in November 2024.
Synopsis
Me, After You is a bilingual (English-Spanish) film exploring themes
of immigration and sexuality. The story follows Daniel, a Spanish writer
played by Alex Sorian Brown, who experiences a complicated romance with
Andrea (Giacomo Rocchini). Daniel is left heartbroken when Andrea returns to
Italy.
His life takes a turn when he meets Maria, played by Sofia Kunz, an Argentine
woman grappling with societal expectations.
