As part of Burundi’s socio-economic policy, Hon. Nkurunziza Fabrice, Vice President of Burundi’s Parliament, participated alongside the residents of Rugazi commune in community development work. The aim of this work was to dig contour lines on Butavuka hill, an essential action for sustainable land management. This community development work is part of the programs that are key to Burundi’s socio-economic policy.
