The International Olympic Committee (IOC) confirmed Friday that individual neutral athletes from Russia and Belarus will not participate in the opening ceremony parade at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo,Italy.Though, the IOC stated these athletes will still be able to experience the Games in Milan and the mountain venues.
