Report: Gas Transmission System in Kursk Region Attacked
Reports indicate an attack on the “Suzha” gas transmission system (gas metering station) in the Kursk region.
The Russian Ministry of Defense previously stated that on March 28, at approximately 10:20 a.m., Ukrainian forces allegedly struck the Suda gas-measuring station using HIMARS, resulting in a significant fire and considerable damage to the energy facility.
However, sources point out that russian forces do not control the Suda gas transportation system.
Situation in the Kursk Region
Ukrainian defense forces are reportedly continuing operations in the Kursk region.
Recent enemy activity includes:
- 22 air strikes, deploying 25 guided aviation bombs.
- 382 shellings, with 26 originating from reactive systems of salvo fire.
Ukrainian military forces reportedly halted 18 assault actions by opposing forces.

The “Suzha” gas measuring station is located approximately 600 meters (about 1,969 feet) from the Ukrainian border, near the corresponding checkpoint.From the Kursk region,the gas pipeline extends into the Sumy region and continues towards Uzhgorod.
