Russian Man Accused of Sexual Assault on Four-Year-Old Girl Dies from Injuries

A Russian man has been accused of sexual and physical violence against a four-year-old girl. The girl was taken to a hospital with multiple injuries, and doctors determined that she had been raped. Due to severe psychological and physical trauma, the child was afraid to sleep on her stomach. Therefore, doctors had to perform a kidney ultrasound while she was standing. Unfortunately, the girl did not survive and died from her injuries.

The police detained a man living in Ingushetia, who was the civil partner of the girl’s grandmother, on suspicion of involvement. However, he was later released because he received permission to go to war.

The publication claims to have obtained a video showing a 46-year-old man in military uniform and a hat featuring the Ingushetia flag, riding in a truck with other soldiers. In the video, he stated that he was “going to the front” and promised to “capture Ukraine.”

In Russia, the number of people convicted of sexual crimes has dramatically increased over the past year, as many criminals have returned from the war in Ukraine.
