According to Nevzorov, Shatsky was also responsible ⁤for ‌upgrading ​Russia’s Kh-59 missiles, which are being used in the ongoing⁢ war against Ukraine.

“Anyone involved⁤ in developing Russia’s ⁤military industry, and ​therefore supporting⁣ Russian aggression ⁤against Ukraine, is ‌a legitimate target for the Ukrainian defense forces,” an anonymous security source told the Ukrainian news outlet Hromadske.
