Deal Follows US Court Ruling and Prior Conflict

Ryanair and online ‍travel giant Booking.com announced‍ a partnership on Tuesday, allowing Booking.com and its related‌ sites (Kayak,⁣ Priceline, and Agoda) ⁢to sell Ryanair flights.‍ This agreement comes after a⁢ period of legal conflict where Ryanair accused Booking ⁤Holdings-owned sites of illegally ⁢selling its flights and adding unauthorized charges following a US court ruling in Ryanair’s favor regarding a screen-scraping case.

The‌ partnership ‍will enable customers booking holidays through⁤ Booking.com, Kayak, Priceline, and Agoda to purchase Ryanair flights as ⁣part of their travel packages.
