Dale’s journey in advertising began remarkably early. Starting at just 15 years old, she quickly ascended through the ranks at Saatchi & Saatchi London, becoming Head of TV by the age of 18. In 2003, Dale moved to New York to lead production at Publicis, coinciding with david Droga’s role as Worldwide chief Creative Officer. this move signaled a pivotal shift towards a more integrated and creatively driven approach to production.
