Just days after Samsung confirmed the date for its February 25th Galaxy Unpacked event, detailed specifications for the entire Galaxy S26 series have leaked online. The event, scheduled for 10 a.m. PT (1 p.m. EST), promises to unveil the Galaxy S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra. Leaks, initially shared by Evan Blass, include official-looking product photos and comprehensive hardware details.

While the designs appear evolutionary rather than revolutionary, the leaked specifications offer a clear picture of what to expect from Samsung’s next flagship smartphones. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is positioned as the camera leader of the lineup, featuring a robust quad-camera system. This includes a 200-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 10-megapixel 3x optical zoom lens. A 12-megapixel front-facing camera will handle selfies and video calls.

The S26 Ultra will sport a 6.9-inch AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Armor 2 glass. Powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, paired with either 12GB or 16GB of RAM. Storage options include 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. A substantial 5,000mAh battery is expected to provide all-day power.

The Galaxy S26 Plus aims to strike a balance between size and performance. It will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, also with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and Gorilla Armor 2 protection. Under the hood, the S26 Plus will utilize an Exynos 2,600 chip, coupled with 12GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB or 512GB. The battery capacity is rated at 4,900mAh. The camera system consists of a 50-megapixel main camera, a 10-megapixel 3x optical zoom telephoto lens, and a 12-megapixel camera, alongside a 12-megapixel front-facing camera.

Rounding out the lineup, the Galaxy S26 will be the most compact option. It shares many of the same specifications as the S26 Plus, including the Exynos 2,600 chip and similar camera configuration. The key differences lie in its smaller 6.3-inch AMOLED display and a slightly reduced 4,300mAh battery.

The leaked specifications suggest a focus on refinement rather than radical innovation. The core components – processors, displays, and camera sensors – represent incremental upgrades over the previous generation. This approach may disappoint some users hoping for more substantial changes, but it also indicates a continued commitment to delivering a polished and reliable smartphone experience.

While these details are based on leaks and have not been officially confirmed by Samsung, the source of the information – Evan Blass – has a strong track record of accurate predictions regarding Samsung products. The unveiling at the Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25th will provide definitive confirmation of these specifications and reveal any surprises Samsung may have in store.
