Key Improvements:
Enhanced Security (Knox Matrix):
Expanded Knox Matrix security (based on blockchain technology) to refrigerators, washers, dryers, air conditioners, EHS, and slide-in induction ranges. “Trust Chain” allows appliances to monitor each other’s security.
Advanced protections (encrypted credential sync & passkey support) and a Knox security dashboard (previously on 2025 models) for screen-equipped appliances (Family Hub refrigerators, Bespoke AI washers).
Smarter Features:
AI Vision Inside (Refrigerators): Improved food recognition, now including frequently used packaged foods in addition to fresh foods.
Bixby Voice ID: Personalized experiences through voice recognition on shared devices. Double-tap screen activation for Bixby.
Expanded Services:
Samsung TV Plus: Now available in Canada, Brazil, and India (in addition to existing supported countries) on Family Hub refrigerators.
Language Support: 7″ screen washing machines will support 8 additional Indian languages (Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati, etc.).
Refined User Interface:
One UI Refresh: the updated one UI design (originally on 2025 models) will be rolled out to 2024 refrigerators, washers, ranges, and EHS products for improved navigation and region-specific settings.
