Accessing Device Care
To access Device Care, follow these steps:
- Press the Settings button on your remote.
- Navigate to: Settings > All settings > Support > Device Care
Allow a few seconds for the initial Device Care test to complete.Then, select Self Diagnosis from the main Device Care menu.
Available Tests
