Samsung TVs Bring Centre Pompidou Masterpieces To Your Living Room
Samsung tvs to Showcase Center Pompidou Masterpieces via Art Store
Samsung is partnering with the famed Centre Pompidou museum to bring 25 of its most celebrated artworks to Samsung TV owners through the digital Art Store. Starting November 25th,users can download these masterpieces to use as low-power screen savers,offering a visually appealing alternative to a blank screen during standby.
The Collection:
The collection includes iconic works from artists such as:
* Frida Kahlo (“The Frame”)
* Piet Mondrian (“New York City”)
* Wassily Kandinsky (“Get-Rot-Blau”)
* Henri Matisse (“La Tristesse du Roi”)
* Raoul Dufy (“La Fée électricité”)
* Marc Chagall, Joan Miro, Yves Klein, and Peter Doig.
Spanning over a century of art history, the collection reflects the Centre Pompidou’s role as a key archive of modern art.
Optimized Viewing Experience:
While available on multiple 2025 Samsung TV models (including Neo QLED 8K, Neo QLED 4K, and core QLED), the experience is particularly impressive on The Frame and The Frame Pro TVs. These models are designed to mimic the look of paintings with features like:
* Anti-reflection matte screens
* Customizable bezels
* flush wall mounts
* (Frame Pro) External wireless connection boxes for a cleaner look.
The Frame Pro boasts an upgraded “Neo” Quantum Dot LED screen, but all Frame TVs are expected to display the Pompidou masterpieces with remarkable realism.
Timely Addition:
This partnership is particularly meaningful as the Centre Pompidou is closing for a major, “once-in-a-generation renovation.” The Art store will allow art enthusiasts to continue enjoying these works during the museum’s closure,and greatly expands access to these masterpieces beyond the museum walls.
