San Jose Sharks 2025-26 Season Ticket Buyer Terms and Conditions
SHARKS TICKET BUYER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last revised November 27, 2024
These terms apply to Sharks season ticket and parking purchases for the 2025-26 NHL season. They may change according to the agreement.
By buying season tickets and parking from San Jose Sharks, LLC (“Club”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the membership agreement between the member and the Club (collectively, the “Agreement”).
- Season Tickets; Parking; Delivery of Tickets; Playoffs; Excluded Events; Extended Season. The Club sells tickets to the account holder (“Member”) for specific seats at the SAP Center at San Jose (the “Venue”) for games. All tickets represent a license (each, a “Ticket”) that grants access to the identified game. A “Ticket Package” includes various multi-game plans.
All games, including preseason and regular season, require a Ticket. The format and delivery method of Tickets are at the Club’s discretion, which can include email or mobile notifications.
Playoffs: The Ticket Package does not include playoff tickets. Members may purchase playoff tickets if available and if they are not in breach of the Agreement.
Excluded Events: The Ticket Package is solely for the 2025-26 NHL preseason and regular season games. It does not include tickets to events like the NHL Global Series or All-Star events. The Club reserves the right to change, cancel, or relocate games without breaching the Agreement.
If a game does not take place at the Venue, Members are entitled only to a credit toward future tickets, not a refund.
Extended Season: If the NHL regular season is extended beyond 82 games, Members will pay an additional fee for each extra game.
- Term and Termination; Early Termination of Multiyear Agreement. The Agreement starts on the effective date and ends after the last regular season game, with possible early termination or extension for playoff games.
The Agreement may end immediately if the Member breaches any provisions or defaults on payments. Changes to seating must be approved in writing by the Club.
- Fees; Payments; Payment Plans. Members must pay the ticket package fees stated in the invoice. Payment can be made in equal monthly installments (the “Installment Plan”) or as a lump sum (the “Annual Plan”). There is no interest charged unless payments are late.
Members must secure their seats with the first payment. Late payments can result in lost access to seats and tickets. Payment methods may be limited for late payments.
Members may sign up for automatic renewal. They will be notified two weeks before charges occur. Failure to opt-out leads to automatic renewal for the next season.
If on the Installment Plan, the following disclosures apply:
Creditor: San Jose Sharks, LLC
Annual Percentage Rate: 0%
Amount Financed: $0
Installment Plan: Total payments and amounts specified in the invoice.
Finance Charge: No finance charge for the Installment Plan.
Total Amount Due: Total cost as indicated in the invoice.
Late Payment: May incur a fee according to the law.
Prepayment: No penalty for early payment.
