Bandai Namco Entertainment has rolled out a sweeping software update for the MMORPG Sword Art Online Integral Factor. Deployed across iOS, Android, and Steam, the patch injects a robust crafting economy and fresh late-game combat challenges into the virtual world.
Buffs, Ingredients, and the Culinary Economy
At the heart of the release is a brand-new production feature. Players can now gather raw materials via monster drops or purchase them directly from non-player characters, turning those supplies into stat-boosting provisions.
Consuming these prepared meals grants temporary buffs. Characters can gain enhanced attack power, bolstered defense, expanded maximum hit points, improved critical rates, and heightened resistance to debilitating status ailments like poison and paralysis.
From Light Snacks to the Elusive Ragout Rabbit Stew
The system divides culinary creations into two distinct tiers. Light meals can be consumed anywhere on the go, while main dishes pack longer effect durations but are strictly limited to safe areas.
More than 150 recipes await discovery. Players unlock them by steadily raising their cooking level or by experiencing sudden inspirations during food preparation—a mechanic that notably includes a hidden recipe for Ragout Rabbit stew.
To streamline the workflow, developers added a chain cooking feature that automatically builds intermediate items if the player holds the required base materials. Once crafted, ingredients, intermediate components, and finished meals can all be traded on the in-game marketplace to earn Col or track down missing supplies.
Conquering the Underground Labyrinth B9F
Complementing the crafting update is the arrival of the ninth floor in the underground labyrinth. This specialized field is restricted exclusively to veterans who have already cleared the main quest all the way up to the 100th floor.
Survival here demands absolute precision. The area strictly prohibits resurrection mechanics, though it uniquely permits players to fight in the same field alongside users outside their immediate party.
Kizmel and the Enju Knights Face Fallen Elves
Narratively, the B9F expansion centers on a survey unit stumbling upon a gathering of fallen elves deep within the labyrinth. To counter the threat, the assault team formulates a tactical strategy alongside Kizmel, who joins the investigation hand-in-hand with the Enju Knights.
The ensuing conflict forces players to square off against fallen elves that embody the lingering resentment of monsters previously defeated by players.
