Sara Sandeva Withdraws from ‘Marta’ Performance due to Health Concerns

Sara Sandeva has withdrawn from her role in the summer performance of “Marta” at Kampa, with Kristýna Jedlickova set to replace her as Helena, portraying the legendary singer marta Kubišova. Representatives notified organizers of the change on Thursday.

Kampa officials expressed hope for Sandeva’s swift recovery and thanked Jedlickova for stepping in. “We wish Sara to return to the stage as soon as possible and we thank kristýna many times for the turning point,” they stated in a Facebook post.

Recurring Health Issues Lead to Multiple Withdrawals

Sandeva has been dealing with unspecified health problems for some time, leading to her withdrawal from other theatrical productions as well. She is also absent from a production of “Othello,” where Hana Kusnjerová will take her place.
