“according to combined reports from the⁣ 2022 ‍World Cup ⁤in Qatar ⁢and‌ the ‌2023 Women’s World Cup ​in Australia, each stadium hosting World Cup​ matches created approximately 1,850 jobs,” van Portvliet told Al-Iqtisadiah.While the ⁤exact​ number of jobs ‍created in Saudi​ Arabia remains to be finalized, the scale of the‌ event‍ suggests a substantial impact on the local economy.

Yasser Al-mashal, President ‍of the saudi ​Football Federation, confirmed to Al-Iqtisadiah that the official match schedule will be announced during celebrations marking Saudi ‌Arabia’s prosperous bid next year.
