Delicious Grilled Chicken and Potatoes Recipe
This morning I did my makeup with Dumbo. This is the first time I’ve used Aya’s makeup tools that I bought yesterday.
Grilled Chicken and Potatoes Recipe
Just marinate and bake! It’s really easy and delicious. Grilled dishes are recommended!
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken thigh
- 3 small potatoes
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece each of grated garlic and ginger
- 1/2 grated onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces in the same way and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into two equal pieces.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Marinate the chicken thighs and microwaved potatoes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Place ingredients on a grill pan or grill tray (leaving a little of the sauce behind) and bake at 190°C for 20 to 30 minutes until browned.

If you brush on some extra sauce halfway through cooking, it will become shiny and even more delicious.
Once it’s browned it’s done!

Sprinkle some parsley on top to add color if you like.
Crunchy and juicy!

Yesterday, both Dumbo and I were in black and white outfits.

I want to wear a gorgeous outfit like Aya-san, but I don’t have the courage.

After the makeup show, I bought some Taiwanese castella at the MONO fair.

And then to lunch.

Due to fatigue from summer vacation and hormonal imbalance, my period came 10 days earlier than expected and I got a huge breakout.
I need to take the whole month of September to reset and rest my body.
