Cooking Recipe Book Grand Prize!! As a cooking lover, I look at the special features shelves of bookstores with excitement every year, but I never thought I would receive an award like this! And a double winner!?…I wrote this book hoping to spread the deliciousness of Chinese home cooking to more people in Japan, and it has been received by more people than I expected, so I am overjoyed to have received such a wonderful award. I would be happy if people who think Chinese cooking is difficult, troublesome, and greasy would pick up this book.
