How to Freeze Hamburger
You can make it plain and then add sauce later, or you can add ingredients. If you use the basic filling (see above [Basic Hamburger Steak Filling]) you can make about 16 pieces.
1. Mini Cakes are Made into Thin Oval Shapes.

The trick is to shape the filling thinly so that it is easy to freeze and thaw. Aim for a thickness of 1.5 to 2 cm, but not too thick. Oval shapes make it easy to put into a lunch box.
2. Place on a Stainless Steel Tray and Cool Rapidly
Arrange the cooked mini hamburgers on a tray with good thermal conductivity such as stainless steel to cool, then cover with aluminum foil and put in the freezer. Cool as quickly as possible.
3. Once Frozen, Place in a Freezer Bag.

Once they are completely frozen, remove them from the tray and store them in a freezer bag. This way they won’t take up much space, so you can save space in your freezer.
