Ingredients

For 2 servings:

  • Minced pork: 100g
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/6 pumpkin
  • Cane sugar: ‍1 tablespoon
  • Miso: 1 tablespoon
  • Cane ⁣sugar: 2 teaspoons
  • Sake: 1 tablespoon
  • Grated garlic: ‌1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon

How to Make It

  1. Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized ⁢pieces and sprinkle sugar (1 tablespoon) all over. Leave for about 5⁤ minutes,⁣ then microwave (600W) for ⁤5 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into⁢ small pieces.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the ‍onions. When they start to soften, add the ground meat and fry until cooked through.
  4. Pour the⁢ combined ingredients (A) into (3) and stir fry ​while evaporating the⁣ liquid, then add the pumpkin ‌(1) and stir fry.
  5. Serve on a plate ⁤and enjoy.
