❹ Once cooked, arrange the rice, foil-wrapped filling, and accompanying leafy vegetables on top, and sprinkle black pepper on the wings.
Point! This recipe has a light flavor, so you can season it to your liking!
Non-Fried Fish Croquettes

Ingredients:
- Canned tuna (in oil) (2 cans, 140g)
- Onion (100g)
- Mayonnaise
- Corn flakes (finely crushed)
How to Make It
❶ Grate the onion. If it is spicy, wrap it in cooking paper and rub it with water.
❷ Mix the onion from ❶ into the tuna. If it is too runny, add chopped corn flakes to adjust the consistency.
❸ Spread mayonnaise on the surface of the circular ❷ shape and sprinkle with finely crushed corn flakes.
Point! For a crunchy taste, sprinkle the corn flakes on top just before eating! You can also use dry-fried breadcrumbs instead of cornflakes.
Salted Chinese Cabbage with Tuna

Ingredients:
- 100g Chinese cabbage (or cabbage)
- 1g salt (1% of the amount of Chinese cabbage)
- 1 can of tuna (in oil)
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
How to Make It
❶ Rub the cabbage with salt (1% of the amount of cabbage), then squeeze to reduce the amount to about 90g.
❷ Add tuna and vinegar to ❶ and mix.
Marshmallow Yogurt Mousse

How to Make It
