Recipe: Sauteed Pork with Peach Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2⁢ pork loins
  • 100g peach
  • 100g⁣ onion
  • 2 teaspoons ‌soy sauce
  • A pinch of salt
  • A⁤ little pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Cooking sake
  • Salad oil or ⁤rice oil

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt, pepper,⁤ and garlic powder⁣ on both⁤ sides of‍ the‌ pork to ⁣let⁤ the flavors blend together.
  2. Cut the onion⁢ and peach into small pieces (it is​ recommended to cut ‌the ‌peach into large pieces).
  3. Add oil to a frying ‍pan, sprinkle a little ⁤salt, and‌ fry the onions over ⁤low heat until‌ they ‌are ⁤soft, then⁤ add the peaches and continue frying.
  4. Once⁤ the peaches are cooked, add ‌cooking ⁣sake and soy sauce and stir fry until the alcohol has evaporated.
  5. Remove ‍the sauce ⁤from the frying ​pan‌ and‍ fry the‌ pork.
  6. Once the pork is browned on both sides, add about‍ 2 tablespoons of water ‌or sake, ⁢cover and steam.
  7. Remove ⁣the pork and cut it into ⁣bite-sized⁤ pieces.
  8. Add ​the​ peach‌ sauce to the ⁣frying pan that ​the meat was cooked in, soak ​up the meat juices, ⁤top‍ with ⁤the ‍meat, ⁢and serve.

Serving‍ Suggestions

Serve with mashed cauliflower and broccoli, and ⁢whole grain raisin bread for‍ a‍ nutritious and delicious meal.
