Search Underway for Tracy
Police are very concerned for the welfare of Tracy, a 66-year-old woman reported missing from the Scarborough suburb of Christchurch on Wednesday at approximately 1:20 PM. She failed to attend a scheduled lunch date, prompting the search.

Her Tesla vehicle was discovered on Taylors Mistake Road around 2:00 PM, but there was no sign of Tracy, according to police reports.
Extensive Search Efforts
A large-scale search operation is currently underway, involving Police, Search and Rescue volunteers, Fire and Emergency personnel, and Sumner Coastguard volunteers. Constable Kieran Palmer stated that inquiries have been ongoing throughout the night and continue this morning.
Palmer added that Tracy’s family is deeply concerned and wants her to return home safely.

Tracy is described as having a small build and gray curly hair. Police believe she may still be in the Whitewash or Scarborough area.
