On Monday,⁣ a school bus​ overturned on the EP-2703 road near Padróns, a parish within the ⁢municipality of Ponteareas, Pontevedra, Spain. The incident occurred at approximately 08:05⁢ local ⁤time, according to ⁣emergency services.

Safe Evacuation Following Bus‌ Rollover

A private citizen alerted the 112 Galicia emergency center to the ‌overturned bus, which had come to rest in ‍a position that rendered the standard doors unusable. Firefighters from Ponteareas responded to the scene and successfully evacuated all seven occupants – six ⁤students ‌aged between 13 and⁣ 15, and the bus driver – through the roof of the vehicle.

No Medical Attention Required

Fortunately, despite the nature of the ‌incident, all individuals involved were ⁣reported to be in good condition and did not require any medical treatment.Personnel from the ‌Civil Guard ⁤Traffic Corps and​ the Local Police of Ponteareas also attended the scene to manage traffic and assist with⁤ the situation.
