Sports commentator Ahmed Al-Tayeb recently spoke to journalist Ahmed Schubert about the crisis that had been affecting their relationship. In an interview on “Al-Mashhad” channel, Al-Tayeb shared his side of the story and revealed the events that led to the crisis.
Al-Tayeb explained that his relationship with Schubert was strong, and they had known each other since their football days. He mentioned that they were introduced by Egyptian referee Hussein Ali Musa, who had called him to say that Schubert wanted to get in touch.
He added that Schubert had reached out to him during the Youth World Cup in the Emirates, and they had maintained a good relationship. However, things took a turn when Al-Tayeb made some comments that Schubert took personally.
