Scorza’s Coaching Philosophy
When asked about his approach to training, Scorza emphasized the importance of setting goals and maintaining a positive attitude. “First of all, I start by setting goals for the team. We talked about interoperability and rules. Then talk about short-term goals and goals for this season.”
Scorza also highlighted the significance of teamwork and adaptability. “I provide support to the team according to the rules we have. I will help to make that team work efficiently. It is essential that we maintain a positive attitude and team spirit to overcome various obstacles.”
Assessing Gamba Osaka
Scorza shared his thoughts on Gamba Osaka, their first opponent. “I watched Gamba Osaka’s games, and I think they are definitely stronger compared to last season. If we want to win in away games, there are many things we must be particularly careful about.”
He emphasized the importance of controlling the game and being in the right position at every moment. “We have been practicing hard this week.
